Newbie - In Romania, soon to be back in SC
Started baking some bread while here in Romania. Not lots of variety here like available in the states. We all love the freshness so I want to continue in the states. Looking to get a few "beginner" baking recipes and tips. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You'll find lots of great recipes to try on this site. If you want to get into beginning bread recipes try Floyd's bread lessons on the site. That's how I got started. Also, welcome home to the USA!.

I looked at those lessons. I certainly want to try them as soon as we're stateside again! I made a rosemary/basil bread with supper last night. Good beginner's luck! I had to guess at the word for "yeast" in the store. That was interesting!
