I am new to the bread baking scene after recently trying out the 'no knead' recipe a few times. I'm now looking to add to my repertoire and hopefully glean a few educational nuggets of information from all your massive baker's brains via this site.

Hi Alby,

Although they say a four-year-old could do it, I've never been able to succeed at the no-knead bread. It is just too wet for me. I've been baking less than a year, and still learning. If you've done well with the no-knead bread, you've done better than me!

All that aside, this is a wonderful place to learn and develop skill in bread-making. You've chosen the right place. Welcome, and I hope you enjoy your stay! If you don't know yet, the search box at the top right of the screen will take you to bread-making's wonderland of insight and encouragement. Just about everything that could possibly pertain to baking has been discussed at great lengths here, and it is all to be found with a search in that box! If you ever need an answer you can't find there, or some help with a particular recipe or some peculiar circumstances in baking, don't hesitate to ask!
