Hoodless Ovens : Experience with Weishue

Hi everyone. I am brand new here at The Fresh Loaf and wanted to know if anyone knows anything about Weishue (German ovens) We are planning to use them to bake Aussie meat pies in our cafe. Our cafe is a  hoodless / non vented facility and wondered if (a) anyone has baked with these ovens and (b) if they are in fact OK without a hood. http://www.wiesheu.de/en/products/baking-ovens.html
