A couple breads
Found this site the other day... Thought I would join the forums and post a couple pictures.
"No-knead" sourdough using one of the italian sourdo.com cultures.
Cross-section of a baguette I made the other day.. This wasn't a sourdough, but a fresh-yeast preferment.
Had some ciabatta pics but I guess I lost them so next time I make that I will post them up. All criticism / questions / advice welcome.
