Penzeys.com carries
Penzeys.com carries fenugreek, but I don't know if it's the specific kind you want.
I heart Penzeys
Not only are they the best source of the greatest spices, they have a sense of humor. we all need to respect a sense of humor

I got curious, and found out
I got curious, and found out that the blue fenugreek is similar to, but different from fenugreek. Both Penzeys and World Spice add spices if enough people request them. You might try contacting them.
If anyone else is curious, here's a link to an explanation of blue fenugreek (brotklee)
