to be tasty.  Get some fresh rosemary and a bit olive oil in there and you have my Focaccia Romano and favorite pizza dough!

I've always wanted o bake a pizza bread,  For the bread to be even more pizza like, you could get some grated mozzarella, Pecorino and or Parmesan in there with some caramelized onion too.  This would get you about as close to pizza as you would want,  near Ian territory without having to make a real pizza:-)

Love the bold bake and everything about the crust and crumb on this one.  El Perfecto!

I'm a little short on words!  the garlic in the crumb shot is just....wow!  and the crust!  ...wow!      wow...
