That's as maybe, but the boule looks sharp and tidy, clean cut and well mannered, whereas the loaf with the large central slash, blatantly flouting it's caramelised onions, lightly singed on the edges is more like . . . . Monica Belucci in a low slung dress with full pouting lips !  :-)   Maybe it's just me !

fancy do slashing going on too!  That was one 'Bad Bowl'  but the ribs, wings and beer had to make up for it.   That bread is perfect for BBQ too.  Well done!.  We had sausage instead of wings:-)  Still it had to be worst SB of all time.

Happy baking Wing

Thanks DA, I hate a lop sided game no matter what it is. It seems I am not the only one working with Spelt thsi week, it's all over the board. The food was good, the company was good, the game not so much. The new starter has some spunk to it. Thank you for the kind words.

Big match between Chelsea and Man City tonight, GO Chelsea!!

Cheers,

That's some great looking bread Wing.  As DA said it more than makes up for that crappy Super Bowl.  Nice ribs and wings.

Love that crust, Wingnut.  Perfect!  And the flavor combo sounds delicious.  Great Bake!

...and that definitely includes the ribs and chicken. Phoar! Bet they went down well with that amber - a local boutique brew, I take it?

Love the scoring and crust on the boule.
