Low Glycemic Sprouted Wheat Biscuits

My first time baking with sprouted whole wheat flour, I made some biscuits using a standard buttermilk biscuit recipe. Were they yummy! Low glycemic index, too. Sprouted wheat digests like a vegetable instead of a grain, or so I understand.
