I love all the different cauliflowers. I only discovered recently how much I like cauliflower, cooked properly it is nothing like the disgusting mush I was given as a child! I bet that pizza tasted great.
It tasted great, I would add roasted onion to it next time
I started doing holidays theme pizzas, the color of these cauliflowers were perfect to represent Mardi Gras colors.
Before I used them as topping on my pizza, I mixed them in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper than toasted them, They vey nice side dish. I do brussel sprout and potatoes same way. Very simple, taste great.
cauliflower that got left out:-) What about the purple broccoli? It is amazing how your tastes of food change once get to eat it when it is prepared well. Never had a problem with pizza though...and your veggie version is no exception. Well done.
Thank you... I didn't know that other colors of cauliflower existed till last week. I was blinded by what I am used to, I am glad I tried them, all tasted the same though. My next challenge is to make Valentine day pizza. Last year I made did this deep dish. This year, I am looking something more creative.
