I am looking for a great high altitude baking book...for desserts. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
How about those by Susan G. Purdy . It claimed that the recipes were tested at sea level and various height above that from 500 to 1000 ft. Have not try that cause I live on sea level.
Try these 2 books. The Info is wonderful and very helpful as the tips are based on 30 years experience baking, cooking at high altitudes. Special dietary needs and recipes are addressed and included.
