Iggy's Bread of the World etc......

I have been making bread every week now for over 40 years. In the beginning I even ground my own flour in a Corona Grain Mill.

I am constantly experimenting. Sometimes I have good results and other times.......blech.

I live in Boston and we have some very good bakeries. In fact I wonder why I bother at all but I really enjoy making bread. Recently I have become addicted to the 7 grain bread that Iggy's Breads of the World" creates. It is so yummy and makes fantastic sandwiches.

Does anyone have any idea of the recipe? Or perhaps a really similar recipe? I have searched all my bread books (and believe me, I have a zillion, including the original Tassahara Bread Book).

Thanks

Roberta

Begging for Iggy's recipes (or similar)

If anyone has a recipe similar to Iggy's focaccia, or their francese, which the focaccia is based on, I would LOVE to have it.  I became addicted to Iggy's while going to grad school in Cambridge, and after going through three years of withdrawls out here in Colorado, and not finding anything close to it, I've decided I'll have to make it myself.

Thanks for the help in advance!  Cheers- Kimberly
