Anyone been to Aroma Espresso Bar?
I know, i know.. not an artisinal bakery, but their sandwich bread is delicious (as is the food in general)! For anyone that's tasted their multigrain bread, do you have any copy cat recipes? Or any ideas on how to get a soft, delicate and springy multigrain crumb with a crackly crust?
