Last night's bake - looks good anyway!

Morning all, baking for a friend last night so made a white/wholemeal/rye loaf 50/25/25

I tried this last week and it tasted good so thought I'd roll it out to a friend for his comments. Deliberately slightly under proved as I always like to try and get a good grigne, looks ok on this one.
