BOOK - "Our Bread" by David Miller Anybody read it?

After doing some research it looks like this book is out of print. (and I can't get it at my library)

Has anybody read this? 

I am looking more information on starters and levain in it?

Why do you expect it to have some special info?  Seventies are pretty much a wasteland.

Amazon shows three copies at other sellers. Very expensive for a 16 page book. $54 for one copy and two others at $22.
