Introduction

I've lurking for the past month or so and thought I should introduce myself.
First off this site has a tremendous amount of material, ideas, and wholesomeness.  It is good to visit often.
I've been making bread for home for about two years now.  I've learned quite a bit, like now most of the time my loaves turn out okay.
One of my favorite receipes to make is anadama bread.  Today I decided to try using barley malt syrup and the only other slightly different ingredient is that I've been using blue corn meal (that I ground myself) rather than the yellow.  The bread has a nice dark crust and now I won't be hungry for dinner :)
