First Loaf

 

    I am impulsively writing this post in order to inaugurate the birth of my FIRST loaf! it is tentatively based on the KA extra tangy sourdough bread recipe. Although I have yet to taste (or even half) this beauty, I am still pleasantly   surprised by the outcome. This experience has motivated me to pursue this craft.  Any encouraging comments would be greatly appreciated!  Cheers.
