Coco, Banana, Almond Meal and Cardamom Baguette

Hey guys, 

I wanted to experiment with other flavors so I accidentally made this delicious "baguette". I was actually just adding things as I was making the bread.

blended the banana with the water and added coco powder to it and then I was like let me mix some almond meal with my flour so I did. Then as I was stretching and folding I added some ground cardamom to the dough. the flavors of the bread went so great with Nutella.

I think this would be a great breakfast bread with some jam or butter or whatever sweet spreads you have.

Hmmm, bread pudding would be a great idea with this flavor profile. I haven't thought about that! Thanx

Nice creative bake.  So how much did the banana flavor come through?

The thing with this bread was that the banana flavor was actually noticeably present but without the sweetness. I would say you can actually notice all the flavors but not the sugary sweetness which i think is a nice thing because it would not be too sweet when eaten with something sweet like Nutella in my case
