Source for flours, diastatic malt etc and supplies in the chicago and sububs

Hi,

I'm Ken Mills, a retired teacher, living in Oswego, IL. I've been baking artisan breads for 4 years and I'm looking for a source for artisan bread supplies in the Chicago area. I recently moved from Dekalb and got my supplies in Beloit Wisconsin at Kauffman's Country Store. It is a wonderful outlet for everything but it is a little further than I want to travel on a regular basis. I know of several sources that will ship but the cost is prohibitive and the larger sources are wholesale only

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
