I can't seem to post to Gallery,


Also how does one post the picture and not just the
link to the picture as in my last posting Hamburger buns.

Hi qathan -

To post a picture instead of just a link you need to enter:

<img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58/qahtan/bake/epi.jpg"> instead of: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y58/qahtan/bake/epi.jpg

I've been fixing your entries when I see them.

As far as the gallery goes, you need to actually upload your image from your computer to post there (not point to an Photobucket link).

Don't forget the less than and greater than around the img src.

Try clicking "edit" on the comment above or on your original post. There you can see an example that works.

OK, But now I want to know what Fruit Buns are!!!

Just sweet dough with currants, and a little candied peel added , shaped into buns/rolls, glazed with honey while hot from the oven.
Sort of like a Hot Cross bun with out the spice.
Nice split and buttered.

The pale ones are cream buns, the others are fruit buns. Sorry....

those cream buns...oh man... I'm going to have to get "boss man" as you put it, to make em for me!! YUM. :D

They are made of choux pastry, the same as chocolate eclairs.
or they can and I have made them with a sweet dough, and when cold
put a little raspberry/ strawberry jam in plus gobs of whipped cream, both are yum indeed.......... :-)) qahtan
