Introducing myself to the world of Fresh Loaf.

I've been lurking on this site for a couple of years now, and decided to join today as I was stumbling around looking for more information on whole grain bread baking as it's something I've never really been into, but have decided to do it in order to aid my quest to lose weight.

I'm a happily married father of six sons, and I've been making everything we eat from scratch for about seven years now, bread being one of them. My white breads are nice, but I eat a lot of bread and pasta, and it's finally catching up to me in the weight department, so I feel it's time to eat more complex carbs, and this site is the best resource in my experience when it comes to the world of wheat.

I have learned a ton on this site, and look forward to learning a whole lot more!
