Can cracked rye be made into flour?
I got my hands on some beautiful cracked rye, and I'm thinking about finely grinding some of it to make flour. My question is: would it work? What type of flour would I get? Would it work for sourdough rye bread making?

You will get whole grain rye flour.
Yes it will make sourdough rye.
