Spelt & Tritordeum Soda Bread

We continue baking with tritordeum, a cereal that gives you lots of chances.Tritordeum is a new variety of cereal, developed by cross breeding techniques. It is a cross between durum wheat (male) and a whild barley species, Hordeum chilense (female), native to Chile and Argentina. This flour fits 100% in this kind of preparations.

The taste is sweet. Colour is golden. Similar to kamut.
