My Sourdough crumb
I couldn't figure out how to add a picture to my last post "My first Sourdough" so decided to add a deprecate one showing the crumb.

Nice Crumb Yeasty! I attach photos using the tree picture on the message board (above where you are writing). Then, follow the directions and you can add photos.

Thank you Casey I was pleased with my first SD effort. I can't wait to see what this weekend's bake and 'Susie' brings.
You're having some exciting SD adventures yourself going by your recent posts. I access the site mainly via my iPhone as I don't often have access to my PC and the tree icon doesn't appear to work with that.
