Has anybody used the product Mira-Gel 463? It's a cold water swelling, granular, corn starch. If so, where can I get some? Or, what is a good equivelant? Thanks for your help.
What are you going to use it for? I have ClearJel which is a thickener that I bought through KAF [King Arthur Flour]. I use it to thicken when I want to make a fruit topping. I prefer it over flour, or cornstarch. I never heart of Mira Gel
