I love bread but I try to eat more healthy and I minimise the white bread so I decided to make more nourish bread and I try this. Hope anyone likes to try my recipe.

100 g
Yellow cornmeal
50 g
Soy flour
50 g
Coconut flour
3 T
1 t
Medium egg beaten
20 g
Ground oatmeal (For toppings)
3 T
milk (For brushing on top of the buns)
250 ml
Luke warm water
2 T
Skim dry milk


Put  one tablespoon of honey and yeast in Luke warm water stir in set aside for 5 to 10 minutes or until become frothy. Combine all dry ingredient and whisk until all well combine. Add the yeast mixture, remaining honey, egg and oil. Whisk with your dough attachment for 10 minutes or knead by hand about 10 minutes too. Put in an oiled bowl and cover in the warm place for 90 minutes. Punch the dough to take off the air and shape into a golf ball size or as big or as small as you like. Brush with milk and rolled in the oats. cover and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Bake in 380 degrees for 30 or more just check after 25 minutes. Enjoyed
