Greetings Everyone

My interest in the group is to inform myself about flour and baking.  

I have worked with a farmer near Linwood, ON Canada for the past couple of years who grows Organically (not certified), non-gmo wheat, spelt and rye.

We have also recently built a stone mill on the farm, with the aim of milling our own grains and providing opportunities for others to do the same in reasonably small quantities. 

I have a background in co-operative development and hope that I can contribute to the collective.
