durum flour

Hi Jerry in Seattle! I live on Whidbey Island and found the durum flour at Payless in Freeland - on the Bob's Red Mill rack. Here I have been whining about not being able to find exotic ingredients and you live in the big city. I'll send you a bag if you can't find it! I have also been reluctant to order flour from KA because of the shipping cost, so I was pleasantly surprised to read Brotkunst's comments. Of course, a person has to have a place to store large amounts of flour. Good luck with your search, A
