Hello from Ireland

Hello everyone from Ireland, baking a while now, although recently only started baking bread, mainly due to the low standard of factory/shop bread. Have lots to learn though and looking forward to bringing my bread baking to another level. Congratulations Floyd on this site, a great place to share ideas.

The standard of bread in the grocers over here are rather low  also -- Don't worry, I sm sure that anything you make will be superior to any thing you get at the grocers.  Check out the lesson here and use the box in the upper left side to find answers to many question, but don't be afraid to ask for help as you want it.

This is my first post so I hope I'm doing it right.  I'm going to Ireland on Sunday and looking forward to brown bread and veg soup. Do you have any sources for recipes so I don't have to go back every few years?
