Hello from Suffolk, UK!
I am a beginner baker (late start at 37!) and am thrilled to have found this site. I started off using the 5 Minute method and, buoyed by my success, realised that 5 minutes wasn't enough - I was enjoying my breadmaking so much that I wanted to spend more than 5 minutes doing it!
And so I have now ventured a little more into the realms of traditional breadmaking and am learning through trail, error and this wonderful website. I expect many questions will be forthcoming! (in fact I'm just about to post one in the relevant forum :-D)
