came across this site a few years back but never interacted,  name's Robin, been baking bread from scratch for about 3 years, have a kitchenaid mixer and a stone that've served me very well.  I make whole wheat weekly, often twice as my friends and neighbours manage to get a fair share of the bounty.   I've tackled a bunch of different types of breads with a very satisfying level of sucess and hope to get into trying some cultures soon enough.

What a lovely pic of your bread baking--your loaves look perfect and I hope you post another pic after they come out of the oven.   If you are baking that much whole wheat bread you surely must have it perfected by now!
