Bread dough
I am new to this. I made pepperoni rolls for the first time. I had bought frozen white bread dough. I did not use all of my dough, so I placed it back in the fridge. It's been about 2 weeks and I want to make more. My dough has risen in the fridge, but now it is flat. Is it safe to use again? I lost the tab with the date on it! Help please!!

The dough is "safe" but also it is worn out and had no more power to rise. It is very unlikely that it would rise again either on the counter or in the oven. You would probably be happiest by starting with new dough.

Thank you so much! I finally decided to just give it a try after doing a little research, but you are right, it did not rise nearly as much as before. I will definitely remember this from now on! Thanks again.
It is an old dough , or a Biga... don't pitch it, use it as a flavor enhancer for a new dough. It should not constitute more than 50% of the total dough by weight.
