Hi from Manchester, UK!
Hey guys 'n' gals! Just thought I'd say a quick hello from sunny old Manchester! I've been baking for around about a year now, starting off with simple pan loaves, to hand formed loaves with commercial yeast and in the past 6 months some rather good sourdough from a wild starter. I'm looking forward to contributing where I can and learning all I can from this site so that I may further my general obsession with everything food and baking related
