Lemon juice powder

Who has used lemon juice powder from KA?  What is it like?  I'm thinking of lemon straws (similar to cheese straws) and wondering how much extra punch I can get in.  I've never tried it so don't know whether it is really good.

Anyone?

Thanks

Usually I hate it when people answer this way (meaning: didn't actually use the product in question) That said, I have used KA's LIME juice powder and it was pretty tasty.  A bit bitter, but most lime products seem to be this way.  I used it in some lime cookies  and mixed some of the powder with powdered sugar to coat outside of cookie.  It is tangy and a little goes a long way. I'd mail you a sample of my lime powder, but post office might be suspicious of white powdery substance in mail...haha
