Love the rustic crust and moist-looking crumb, that's a gorgeous loaf!  How do the onions and walnuts taste together?

Thanks for the kind words FlourChild.

I browned the onions and toasted the walnuts, I have to say the onions were a little lost on the flavor but the walnuts were great. I guessed on how much cooked onions put in the dough ( I only put 425g of onions in) I think I will add more next time and instead of slicing them I will chunk them.
