I just starting Washburn and Butt's gluten free recipe book. One of the recipes calls for me to adjust the temperature. I cannot find out how to do this, only the bake time. Any help please.
Baking temp for the Zo; ( approx.)
Light Crust = 254°F
Medium Crust = 272°F
Dark Crust = 290°F
Thanks Jim for the help. I am assuming that there is no manual way to adjust temps.
What other temps, other than baking, are you trying to adjust?
