Newbie looking to learn from new friends!

Hello all!
I stumbled upon this site while researching my very first mixer, and LOVE it! I have dabbled in baking, and would love to become more proficient at it, so what better place to find new friends who can help me learn! I love making desserts and pastries, cookies, and bread, although I don't do it very often. It's difficult as a stay at home mom with no time, and no fun gadgets to help make it easier and quicker. My toddler keeps me going. Even while typing this short intro, he is vying for my undivided attention! Can't wait to learn all I can and explore this wonderful new place I have found in the cyber world!
