Hello everybody. i was browsing the web to understand the meaning of "Manitoba" flour. i'm italian but i lived in Canada . as introduction this is enough. i'll kee browsing the forum to find what i'm looking for. so far i like it.

I read somewhere, possibly in a book by Mary Ann Esposito, that Italians refer to all Canadian flour as "Manitoba" flour.
