Hello! I'm a home schooling mom of 4 kids(18-11yo) and recently added a foster infant! Through books, trial and error, this site and "Wild Yeast" blog I've been having fun learning the craft of bread making. Hardly ever have store bought anymore in the house and my kids are "bread snobs"! I've been lurking here using recipes for some time...would have to check my account info to know for sure but probably at least 3-4 years. I've been using a SanFrancisco Sour dough starter for a full year now and feel like now I'm really getting some nice results! Right now I'm trying to learn more about the specialty tools such as "bennetons", "linens", "couche", and various baskets for rising/proofing loaves so any direction there would be helpful.
