Malsena Lithuanian Wholemeal Rye Flour

Hi.  I am trying to find a US source for Malsena wholemeal rye flour.  There are a few Russian stores here in UT but none carry any type of flour.  They sell packaged Lithuanian Bread but I prefer to make my own.  I've used US based rye flour but Lithuanian rye is supposed to taste different so I want to try it with real deal.  If anybody knows of a local ethnic market or an on-line retailer that sells it please let me know.

I have not seen their flour in any of the stores in the Chicago area (where many people of Lithuanian heritage live) - I have brought back flour after trips to Lithuania and I agree it is different than the rye flours we normally get.  They apparently export some under private labels, but no idea of whether there are any exports to the US. Their website does not discuss any export markets.

Thanks for responding.  You are confirming that it is not easy to find.  If you cannot find it in the Chicago area there's a pretty good chance it's not here in the US.  The search will continue and should I find any I will post the source for anybody else who may want to purchase it.

I am writting from company Food Depot International, located in Chicago. We actually import and distribute this Flour. If you live in Chicago, you can find this flour in most Lithuanian grocery stores. If you live out of state, you can order this item to be shipped to you. We ourselves do not ship, but we have a customer, wo buy this products from us and ships through whole US. Their company name is "Lietuvele", and their phone number is: 1-630-324-6811.

If you have any questions, you can also call us at 847-719-2800, and we can help you find this item. Also, if you could give us a few bigger Russian grocery stores in Utah, we could try to reach out to them to see if they would be interested in taking some prodcuts from us, including Lithuanian Rye Flour.

Thank you.
