I have baked breads for 37 years, but had NO idea all the things I could do so much better and all the things I have learned! Thank you ALL for your grace, friendship and willingness to answer my stupid questions! I have friends who want to be better bakers too who are now members of this site. It has been a Godsend to me and I am forever grateful! Thank you all and Floyd, God Bless YOU for making this site!!
