Help! I'm new at blogs and new at bread making.
I am looking for the best book on bread making. I am especially interested in wheat breads. I don't know if I will even know where to look on this blog to find out if anyone answers this, but I will try. Thank you, anyone, for your help.

If you want 100% whole wheat I recommend Peter Reinhart's Whole Grain Breads. Excellent breads and written very well so all recipes are easy to follow.
