Central Milling Bread Flour

Hello all,

I've seen old posts where folks would take a trip together and split bags of central milling flour. I was wondering if anyone has a good stock of bread flour (any kind would be great) and would be willing to share, or if anyone would like to take a trip together to Petaluma to get some flour sometimes soon/before the holiday season starts.

Let me know!

Thanks, Ray

thanks for the tip! I emailed her & got contacted right away. I also know that my local Costco sells the 20lb package of their beehive all-purpose. Folks have said that this AP flour has a higher protein content than regular supermarket AP flour. Would this be appropriate for bread-making? What kinds of bread would this particular flour be great for? Any suggestions?

It is best to speak with Keith at Central Milling and he can make better suggestions about matching flour to breads.
