Hello everyone! I'm looking for more information on the art of bread making. Following the recipes are one thing, but learning how everything works is something else. Im looking forward to learning.

I have lived in STL twice! This is a great resource, I look forward to hearing about your creations. You've got some great bakeries in your neck of the woods, but it's way more fun to make your own.
I have used my bread machine a couple of times on the dough cycle. I have made cinnamon rolls, garlic bread sticks, and hoagie rolls. I'm still learning about taste and texture. I want to be able to add ingredients according to my taste....lol My family have enjoyed my creations, thus far. I can't wait until I can add to my recipe repertoire!
