Starting to get the hang of things

So its been nearly 2 months since I started my bread baking revelation and I think I'm starting to get the hang of things. This is a shot of my daily bread I bake, which is basically the 5min a day french boule recipe with some added preferment. My crumb is still not super impressive. A few gas pockets, but not as many as I would like. But the taste is superb and its only getting easier and easier and seems like less and less work each time. Now I just need to get myself a proper bread baking book and start expanding my horizons.

Sorry about that, they came up fine for me. I have added the pictures from a different location so they should be visible now.

Done just right.  You have caught on fast and the bread must be tasty.

That looks like an amazing oven spring... How can the crumb not be nice ?

The crumb is quite nice, but I have been trying to get that pourous "big hole" crumb and not really succeeding. Ag well, just got to keep trying. Next time I'll take a picture of the crumb and you can see what I mean.
