Back in business!!!!

I am so excited, today after waiting a week I finally got my copy of "The Bread Bible" from Amazon.  I recently went into the hospital for surgery on my broken leg so I returned all my books to the library and haven't baked a thing since then.  Last night I ate an extremely old bad tasting baguette from the freezer and I am excited to get back into making bread fresh.  Hopefully next week I can start using my new book with some help from my mother-in-law who is helping care for my baby.  I bought the BB because it had the Acme baguette recipe in it that ABAA had but with an overnight ferment after shaping so I am eager to try this for the first time.  I will be posting back soon with the results.
