Hello from New York State

Hi there!  I have been baking bread occasionally for two years.  I enjoy the process and, therefore, joined this site to learn more about it and to enhance the basic skills that I currently possess.  I hope to learn from all of you experienced bakers!

Thanks!  We are fairly close to Westchester County.  My husband works in Katonah and Bedford Hills.

I live in GA now but originally from the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area.

Hi there!  Albany is about an hour from us.  We don't drive north often, but we have been going to Albany to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra every Christmas season at the Times Union Center.
