I know...I was so tempted to get a KA mixer and hubby has been doing the research but since talking to Bill and SDG and Zolablue and others along with Mike Avery, I've decided to postpone the purchase indefinitely.
The only reason I was going to buy one was to handle dough. I have a HB one that works fine for my cakes and occassional cookies.

no. it was baked in a corning ware casserole dish per NYT's instructions.I have not used the bread machine since being introduced to this web page.
