Don't Eat a Boring Lunch - Bag It Instead
No one enjoys lunch more than my apprentice. If you find yourself unable to eat well at home and are working - then bag your lunch instead of eating prepared garbage - or worse. Here is an article from the AZ Republic Wednesday section of Food & Drink that talks about having a decent lunch where many of the ideas must have come from my apprentice :-)
