Bread Rising

I've been making French bread in 9 x 5.5 pans and it turns our fairly well. However, I can't seem to get that nice domed top. Any suggestions?

for others to help you.  All you've mentioned so far is French bread, pans, and lack of a domed top.  How about ingredients, process, temperatures, pictures, etc.?  All of those will make the diagnosis easier and more accurate.
