Looking for Healthy Breakfast Bread recipe

Just received our first bread machine this week.  Have made one bread recipe that came with the machine and it turned out fine. Making a Anadama bread today.

One of the reasons I bought a bread machine was to make a healthy bread that I could eat for breakfast instead of toaster pastries and other quick-grab items.

Does anyone have a bread that would have oats, nuts, raisins or other fruits? Possibly uses whole wheat and honey instead of sugar?  Maybe egg beaters instead of regular eggs? An olive oil or Smart Balance oil instead of butter?  Has a little density to it?  Haven't been able to find anything that matches up to this online.

There use to be a protein breakfast bread at our local warehouse-club that was very good, though I can't remember exactly what was in it. I want to stay all-natural and avoid any sugar-substitutes.

Also, if anyone can point to links for a good bread to have with a bowl of soup once Autumn rolls around.

Thanks! - Jeff

Back when I had a breadmaker, I used to make the Applesauce Granola and the Oatmeal Nut breads out of the book that came with the Black & Decker Breadmaker and they both made a really good breakfast bread. You can google 'black & decker bread machine recipe book' to get a pdf of the manual/recipes - the Applesauce Granola and the Oatmeal Nut are both on page 22. Not sure of the link will work for you but here it is
